Celebrating 20 Years 1983-2003
Zachary's is pleased to announce that we are celebrating our 20th anniversary on July 25, 2003. It has been quite a journey with enough stories to fill a book. We have watched children grow up and made good friends with many of you. We have had many joys and experienced a few tragedies. We would like to thank all of you for your support and continued patronage over the years. You are each a part of Zachary's history. It seems the time is right to make a transition.

Zachary's Is Now An Employee Owned Company.
Well, not quite. The process of transitioning to an ESOP will take a few years, but we are committed to making the transfer to employee ownership as quickly as prudence will permit. We are not closing or changing our product. Zachary's will continue to operate as it has for the past twenty years. But hopefully even better now that employees have an equity stake in the company.

Our Service Style...
When it comes to our service, this is the way we operate. Everyone here works together. Everyone is here to help you. Feel free to ask anyone for what you need, including any of our managers. Our staff is trained in a variety of tasks and should be able to help you or find someone who can. Please remember we work in a highly charged environment. Occasionally we make a mistake and will try our best to resolve it. Just as you expect to be treated with respect we ask that you do the same.

 

 

Why Is My Pizza Taking So Long?
Thanks for asking. During our peak hours we can get very busy. We guarantee that our chefs are working as hard and as quickly as possible. At the same time being sure to maintain quality. Our pizzas have to be in the over 26 minutes so that only gives us a few minutes to make it, get it out of the oven, and get it to your table in 35 minutes. To insure quality and flavor each pizza is individually made. Please be patient, we're trying to get it to you as fast as we can.
