Baked chicken breast and fresh spinach with part skim mozzarella on a whole wheat crust.

Planning an event, need to feed a hungry family, or just want to avoid the crowds? Zachary's recommends ordering and picking up half-baked pizzas a day or two in advance. We serve thin-crust slices at Zachary's Oakland and Berkeley from 11-4 daily and at Zachary's San Ramon from 11-3, Monday-Friday. Available first come, first served. |

WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ZACHARY'S STUFFED AND THIN PIZZA?
Our STUFFED PIZZA starts with a layer of Zachary’s fresh dough in a deep dish pizza pan. Then, we fill the pizza with cheese and toppings of your choice. A very thin layer of dough is then secured over the pizza, which will seal in the flavors of the ingredients while the pizza cooks. We top the pizza with our bold, chunky tomato sauce and cook it in our oven until the crust is golden brown. Preparation time for Zachary’s STUFFED pizzas is about 30-40 minutes.
Our THIN PIZZA is made with our cornmeal-dusted dough, our fresh and zesty thin-style pizza sauce, and toppings of your choice. We cover the pizza with whole milk mozzarella and bake it until the crust is crispy and golden brown. Preparation time for Zachary’s THIN pizzas is about 20-30 minutes. |
